• Confirming availablility and reserving your wedding at your selected resort or venue
• Providing you with the current wedding packages and inclusions for your particular venue and explaining to you the details of each
• Assist you in budgeting and provide you with a detailed budget to keep you in your targeted budget range
• Advice and assistance on obtaining the proper legal paperwork for a symolic, civil, or religious ceremony
• Preparing customized electronic "Save the Date" announcements for your guests
• Introduction to your onsite wedding team at the venue of your choosing
• Three (3) planning sessions (up to 90 minutes each) to answer all of your questions and help you along the way
• Coordinate guest travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transfers

The perfect package for couples who want to ensure their vision is achieved, but would like to plan some of the details on thier own.  Our services in this package include:

• Everything in the "Happy Together" package plus...
• Two additional planning sessions (total of 5) up to ninety minutes each
• Custom Wedding Planner Binder that includes budgeting, timelines and other resources to help you achieve your dream wedding
• Custom Wedding website detailing your love story, your venue, and wedding week plans
• Coordinating independent site inspection of resorts and venues, if requested (does not include travel costs)
• Consultation on venues, flowers, menus, music, photography/ videography and wedding cakes
• Coordination with local vendors, if required
• Recommendations for vendors for invitations, menus, guest itineraries, place card, welcome letters, and other print materials and tracking of your orders (cost of these print materials is not included)
• Customized wedding week itineraries and schedules
• Booking of spa services for the couple and bridal party (if requested)
• Design and coordination of welcome bags, if requested (cost of supplies and shipping not included)

• Three additional planning sessions (total of 8) up to 90 minutes
• Addressing wedding invitations and ensuring mailing of invitations in a timely manner and tracking of RSVPs
• Creating customized print materials including menus, guest itineraries, place cards, welcome letters, and other requested items (cost of stationery and shipping not included)
• Upgrade to asn escorted site inspection of your favorite resorts and venues to assist in chosing your perfect venue (cost of travel not included)
• Design, assembly, and distribution of welcome bags, favors, bridal party gifts (items and shipping not included)
• In destination support to oversee that your wedding vision is executed exactly as you dreamed.  Our team is there to assist the couple and their guests for up to four days ensuring that everyone's needs are taken care of.
• Assist with any special set ups for the ceremony and reception, a well as modifications as required
• Planning of welcome cocktail hours, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch
